Communication for development in the framework of the Culture of Peace

Connect, Learn and Share

Connect, Learn and Share with the TalentCulture in real time, is an exciting experience that I recommend you. Thousands of professionals around the globe join the conversation to share passion for innovation, commitment to collaboration and desire to advance “the world of work”.

I regularly read their Blog Insights at TalentCulture.com by expert contributors across the community. All posts are focused on leadership development and career management, as well as workforce strategy, recruiting, social learning and people development.

Also, I use Twitter daily to find the latest contributions with #TChat hashtag, where knowledge-sharing continues 24 x 7 x 365 days. And, on Wednesdays 1 – 2 pm ET, hundreds of professionals across Twitter engage in an intensive Live Discussion Forum about selected workplace hot topic.

My favorite #TChat is “How to Make Meetings Worth Everyone’s Time” because the issue was closely related to my work experience. Dick and Emily Axelrod of The Axelrod Group shared their knowledge with the community and got some great feedback. And the recap in #TChat Storify is really good.

Finally, I want to thank Meghan M. Biro, founder and CEO of TalentCulture, for make it possible this community. She is a globally recognized Talent Management and HR Tech strategist, digital catalyst, author, speaker, and co-Founder of the #TChat with Kevin W. Grossman.
