Communication for development in the framework of the Culture of Peace

Brand experience

Brand experience is everything you know about a brand. Everything you have seen, heard, felt, smelt or tasted. In other words, all the interactions people have with a product, service, or organization operating on a multiple levels like rational, emotional psychological, etc.

And as social media enabled to react immediately, the audiences communicate their experience in social networks to spread the word. Therefore, using the right mix of media the result is a natural, participatory brand experience such as blogs, live events, live radio, live chat, hashtag, video, G+, etc.

As a result, when I talk about my brand “menplanner” to my friends and my family, they participate in a unique, innovative and supportive adventure with me. So, when I describe my company’s dreams and hopes for the future, I would like to think that they won’t forget it.
